The town of Cerro Gordo is again OPEN TO DAY VISITORS during daytime hours, subject to road and weather conditions.

A caretaker is on site, so please check in before exploring the town.

The dirt road from Keeler to Cerro Gordo is very steep and is not recommended for vehicles with low ground clearances.

No services or supplies are available at Cerro Gordo. Please bring your own drinking water and haul out your trash.
